The Defectors Weld serves nothing but honest, hearty, British inspired pub food. Our daily changing menus are seasonal and created using the finest local produce.

On Sundays we provide the ultimate hangover cure in the form of our legendary Roasts & Records. Grab a comfy corner, read the papers and enjoy a hearty roast with all the trimmings (and a bloody Mary shot for good measure!).


Lunch is served between 12pm and 3pm

Dinner is served between 5pm and 10pm

Sunday lunch is served from 1pm until 9pm
